Store Policy
Boutique Zion will accept all payments via PayPal, which is a secure payment method. Customers do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. During the checkout process, customers will be re-directed to PayPal's website to proceed with the transaction. For customers who don't have a PayPal account, simply click the "Don't Have A PayPal Account?" tab on the screen and then enter your payment method (Visa, Master Card, Discover and Am EX) and billing information to complete the transaction. For customers who have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to log in to complete payment.
Once orders are complete customers will receive notification including the order number and an order summary. Please note that orders will not be shipped until credit card transactions are approved, which may take up to 3 business days depending on your banking institution. Customers have 4 hours if they wish to cancel their order. At this time, Boutique Zion can not edit orders that have already been processed. For order inquiries or questions regarding payments, email boutiquezion@outlook.com. Be sure to write "Payment" or "Order" including your order number in the subject line of the email.
Shipping
Boutique Zion ships products within the United States only. Packages will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Standard shipping is free for all jewelry and accessories. BODY products ships at a flat rate of $7.49 (3 - 5 business days). All BODY orders of $50.00 or more will receive free shipping!*
Please note that shipments will be mailed after your credit card payment is approved. This can take 1 - 3 business days, depending on your bank. Boutique Zion will provide all customers with a shipping confirmation and tracking number once the items have been shipped.
If you have not received your package after 7 business days, please contact boutiquezion@outlook.com. Be sure to put "Shipping" and your order number in the subject line.

Boutiquezion.com will be closed every Friday after 5:00pm until Saturday 8:00pm. Please note that customers will NOT be able to place orders during this time.
Returns
Boutique Zion is confident that customers will be satisfied with their purchase. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, please email boutiquezion@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. Be sure to write "Return" and your order number in the subject line. An electronic return label will be provided and the cost of $7.49 will be deducted from your total refund. Customers must also fill out a Return Authorization form, which will be provided via email as well.
Customers may return their UNWORN and UNUSED merchandise (no broken tags, labels or seals) within 7 days of the delivery date along with their Return Authorization form and original invoice. Customers will receive a full refund MINUS the shipping cost. Email Boutique Zion immediately (within 24hrs or less) if your merchandise arrived damaged. You may be asked to provide a photo.
